Q: How long can I store my things for?
A: From as little as four weeks to as long as you need!
Q: I want to use the storage long term, but I’m concerned it will be too expensive. Can you help?
A: Yes, we offer discounts for long-term storage. Feel free to contact us for a quote!
Q: Will the storage unit be clean and dry?
A: Certainly. All of our units are cleaned and maintained to ensure that your items are stored in the same condition that you packed them in.
Q: How secure are your units?
A: Our storage facilities are protected by CCTV surveillance cameras, locks, intruder alarms and smoke detectors.
Q: I need help with the removal. Do you offer a man-and-van service?
A: Yes, our parent company European Moving can assist with the collection and delivery of your items!
Q: Do you offer a packing service?
A: Unfortunately not. We are a low cost operator and we only store customer packed and protected items. Please ensure that all of your items are adequately packed and that your furniture is protected and ready for transport and storage.

A: Thankfully, not. We pride ourselves on being completely transparent and unlike other storage companies, we keep you in the loop every step of the way. Our quotes include VAT so you are aware of just how much your storage costs. We provide invoices per calendar month.
